We keep our clients informed of the project progress through a weekly update that includes photos of their project so they can see the work that is done each week.

What do you like about working in the Trades Industry?

I started my business in 1979 knowing what my passion is and seeing how everything is always changing from design to different trends to world class and timeless architecture.

What do you like most about working at LaDuke Construction?

I enjoy creating dream homes and finding solutions for all our remodeling projects. Our systems that we have in place really help our customers know where they are at on a weekly basis. When you hear a customer say “This is worth every penny” that makes everything worthwhile.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

I enjoy time with my grandkids (all eight of my little buddy’s)

What do you like about working in the Trades Industry?

I’ve always liked doing something every day. At LaDuke Construction we are always doing something different and there are always new ideas happening every day.

What do you like most about working at LaDuke Construction?

At LaDuke Construction I enjoy the fact that everything we do is custom design and build. No two projects are alike.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

I enjoy spending time with my family and love to go hunting, fishing and play horseshoes.

What do you like about working in the Trades Industry?

I’ve always enjoyed the trades. When I was in high school I participated in furniture making skill classes, 4H woodworking events and as time went on I worked at a cabinet shop. Eventually, I started working for LaDuke Construction in 2009 and have been here ever since.

What do you like most about working at LaDuke Construction?

The boss is always providing us with great work and gives me the indepence to do my job.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

I enjoy watching Nascar and sports with my son, helping my daughter with craft projects, and helping my wife work on projects with our church. I also love eating ice cream.

What do you like about working in the Trades Industry?

I like working in the Trades because it is never boring. We are always meeting new customers and building new homes. Each home is uniquely different and it is enjoyable seeing everyone’s different styles and what is important to them.

What do you like most about working at LaDuke Construction?

It means alot to me working in a family business. I am very proud of my Dad for the business he built. At LaDuke Construction I enjoy the design process and helping our customers make their selections at our design center. It’s always fun to see their vision come to life!

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

I love spending time with my family, music and enjoy shopping at Tj Maxx!

I like being in the trades because I enjoy using the different skills and talents that I’ve learned over the years. It’s great to see the progress and the end result of a project.

I enjoy working around my own home, hiking, fishing, morel mushroom hunting and spending time with my family.

I like working at LaDuke Construction because I have a common understanding with Craig, Kirk and the entire LaDuke Team. We are always on the same page regarding quality and getting the job done.

I really enjoy anything outdoors. I like to fish, go hunting and spend quality time with my family.

In my free time I enjoy anything physical and adventurous! From triathlons and ice climbing to refurbishing an old wood boat, I am always looking for a cool new adventure or project I can sink my teeth into!

In my free time I love spending time with my kiddos and husband. When I am not with them I enjoy watching movies, listening to music, walking my dogs and shopping!

We do nice projects and take care of great people. I also love using the latest and greatest materials and learning to work with new products.

In my free time I work on building custom bicycles and enjoy riding them.

What I like about the trade industry is that it is ever changing year to year with different engineering tools and resources. It astounds me how far the technology in the trades have come just even in my lifetime.

What I like about working for LaDuke Construction is that it is a family and team oriented company. We all work together to literally build dream homes that succeed expectations and each home is very unique and different in its own right. So it’s constantly challenging to keep you sharp and on point.

In my free time I enjoy playing pool, fishing and riding my motorcycles. I also enjoy racing sand rails at Silver lake throughout the summer.
